These apply when you buy anything here. They are written to be read, not to be survived.
Who you are buying from
DTC Guys LLC, a California limited liability company based in San Diego, trading as CMO Guy. Contact: lee@cmoguy.com
What you are buying
- Digital products. Playbooks delivered as PDFs, and skills delivered as files you install in your own AI tool. Delivered immediately after payment, on the page and by email.
- Services. Reads, audits, and ongoing engagements. These are quoted and agreed separately, and the engagement agreement governs them where it differs from this page.
What you can do with the digital products
Use them, in your own business, for as long as you like. Share them inside your own team.
What you cannot do is resell them, republish them, distribute them outside your business, or pass them off as your own work. You bought a license to use the material, not ownership of it.
No promise about results
Nothing here is a guarantee that you will make money. The playbooks and skills give you frameworks, structure, and arithmetic. What happens in your business depends on your product, your market, your execution, and plenty of things neither of us controls. Any figures mentioned describe what happened for specific brands in specific circumstances, and are not a forecast for yours.
They are not professional advice
The material is general commercial guidance, not legal, accounting, tax, or financial advice about your specific business. A paid read is my judgment on your situation, and is still not a substitute for your accountant or your lawyer.
The material changes
The playbooks are updated. If you bought one, the version you downloaded is yours to keep, and I am not obliged to send you every future revision, though I usually will.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. Any tax that applies is added at checkout.
Refunds
Covered on their own page: the refund policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, my liability for anything connected to these products is limited to what you paid for them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
If these change, the date at the top changes with them. The version in force is the one published when you bought.
