Refunds

If it wasn't worth it, say so.

Last updated 6 August 2026 · DTC Guys LLC, San Diego, California

30 days on any digital product. Email me and it goes back. You do not have to explain yourself, and you keep whatever you already downloaded.

What that covers

Every digital product sold here: the playbooks, the skills, and anything bought as an order bump or an added upsell alongside them.

How to get one

Email lee@cmoguy.com from the address you bought with, within 30 days. Say which product. That is the whole process. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Why it works this way

These are cheap products that either help you or do not, and you will know quickly. A refund policy that makes you argue for it is a policy designed to keep money that was not earned.

Services

Reads, audits, and ongoing engagements are not covered by this page, because work has been done to your business specifically. Those terms sit in the engagement agreement, which is agreed before anything starts. Where a fee credits against a later stage, that is set out there too.

Chargebacks

If something has gone wrong, email me first. It is faster than a chargeback and I would rather fix it than have your bank tell me about it.
