What I collect, and what I do with it.

Short version: I collect your name and email so I can send you what you asked for, I use a handful of ordinary tools to do it, and I do not sell your data to anyone. If you want out, one email does it.
What I collect
- What you type into a form. Usually your name and email. On some forms also your company or brand name and whatever you write in the message field.
- What you buy. Which product, when, and the amount. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach me or this website.
- How you use the site. Pages visited and where you arrived from, through a visitor tracking script. It sets cookies so returning visits can be recognized.
Why I have it
To deliver what you bought or requested, to send the emails you signed up for, to reply when you contact me, and to understand which pages are worth keeping. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Only the services that make this work, and only the part each one needs:
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions.
- GoHighLevel is the customer record and sends the emails.
- Stripe processes payments. Card details go to Stripe, not to me.
- n8n moves form submissions into the customer record.
- Anthropic processes your messages if you use the chat tool on the skill page.
I do not sell your data, rent it, or hand it to advertisers.
Emails
If you give me your email, I will send you what you asked for, and then occasional notes worth reading. Every one has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. No hard feelings.
Getting your data back, or deleted
Email lee@cmoguy.com and ask. I will tell you what I hold or delete it, whichever you want. You do not need to give a reason, and depending on where you live you may have a legal right to ask anyway.
How long I keep it
Customer records are kept while they are useful and while I am required to keep purchase records for tax purposes. If you unsubscribe, I stop emailing you. If you ask for deletion, it goes.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and I do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it.
